Travian Multihunter from the Inside
I’ve posted before about how Travian Multihunter works, but here are some details from the Travian Multihunter prospective.
I’ve included a screen shot and some additional details about Travian Multihunters actually work as seen through the eyes of a Multihunter. Here is a short list of things I find particularly interesting:
- “The cookie ID tool should not be mentioned under any circumstances.”
- Multisearch checks for accounts that have duplicate passwords
- Logins and cookies” Travian keeps a browser ID cookie. Deleting it flags your account
- Does Travian know about Brute Force?
Yes, it does! Any IP may have 20 attempts in 10 minutes – 21 and it will be banned for 10 minutes from this account.
While we have all been frustrated by fighting multis in Travian, at least the Travian multi-hunters try. Stay tuned for how Travian multi-hunter catch bots, and how you as a player can as well.

Keep up the good work, rylar!
I’ve filled the gap in my time freed by stopping playing Travian. Still the best and most addictive game I’ve come across. If I had the spare time, I’d be back.
[...] A Look at How Multi-Hunters See The Game Over on the blog Travian Guide is a very interesting post about what Travian’s Multihunters see when they look at the game. http://www.travianguide.com/travian-cheats/travian-multihunter-manual/ [...]
can you explane the picture, i mean what does numbers mean in the picture and also what are res % , pw
1. Player ID
2. Player Name
3. Resources sent – Resources Receive; a + number means your being pushed, a negative number means someone is logging into your account and sending all your resources away. A number of 0 means your following the rules. If you want to steal resources from yourself, use an army to farm yourself, don’t use merchants in trade.
4. is a marker for MH to see the worst offenders m!!! means your cheating really badly. And they should ban you.
5. The number of accounts that have the same password as you. People who make lots of accounts are often stupid and set the same password on each account, a dead give away.
7. Cookies means how often your account was logged in by someone other than the account owner, or by someone with no cookie history. This % also counts sitter log ins… so MH will ignore low %’s as normal sitter activity. If you were cheating, and clearing your cookies a lot, this percentage would be very high. You should use 1 browser per account that you play, if you’re going to cheat.
“If you want to steal resources from yourself, use an army to farm yourself, don’t use merchants in trade.”
I thought in the game rules, it states you can push as much ress to your own villages as you like.
People who are avoiding MH’s are likely using more than one account.
