I am not entirely clear on this.

Situation:

Everyone has left but myself and one other person. I have the highest population and no, no positions were assigned when the leader left. HOWEVER, even after the leader left, two of the other members were still able to leave the alliance. When I try my options I cannot leave the alliance! Why is it that the other two were able to go after the leader had left but not I? I am apart of S6 if that helps.

Well, our alliance leader left, and the next two leaders left, and I was the highest remaining player and had no ability to assign duties even after I raised my Embassy level to the appropriate level. I contacted Travian Support by e-mail and they told me that if no one had the ability to assign duties we would have to disband and re-form.

It is possible this feature has been added to Travian since the time I originally wrote this post. Can anyone confirm this behavior?

I’d like to make a correction to something in this article.

When an Alliance Founder leaves without assigning powers to someone then those powers automatically fall to the remaining Alliance member with the highest population.

If you find yourself in this situation just go to the options tab on your Alliance page and you’ll suddenly find a bunch of new powers.

I know because this happened to me.
